FOR CERTAIN ITEMS WE INCLUDE SETUP AND TEARDOWN, BUT SETUP OF TABLES, CHAIRS, LINENS, ETC. ARE AT ADDITIONAL COST.

WE KEEP IT EASY!  SIMPLY PUT THE SOILED LINENS INTO A LARGE PLASTIC TRASH BAG AND WE WILL TAKE THEM FROM THERE!

HOW ARE LINENS DELIVERED TO ME?

ALL OF OUR LINENS ARE FULL LENGTH AND ARE DELIVERED FULLY PRESSED AND HUNG ON HANGERS AND PLASTIC SEAL.

YES, WE TAKE PRIDE IN PROVIDING CLEAN RENTAL ITEMS. EACH USED ITEM IS CLEANED, SANITIZED, AND SEALED BEFORE USAGE.

DO WE NEED TO WASH THE PLATES AND GLASSWARE BEFORE RETURNING?

NO,  YOU DON'T HAVE TO CLEAN THEM, BUT WE DO REQUIRE THEM TO BE FREE OF DEBRIS, SUCH AS BONES, DINNER ROLLS, ETC.  IF YOU CAN SCRAPE THEM, THAT WOULD BE GREAT.

HOW MUCH IS YOUR DELIVERY FEE?

VMA PARTY RENTALS WILL DELIVER TO THE LOCAL FOOTHILL COMMUNITIES, AND THE REASONABLE PRICE WILL DEPEND ON THE DISTANCE.

In order to qualify for delivery and pickup service, VMA has a $75 minimum order.  And if you wish to come and pickup from our San Dimas warehouse, VMA has a $50 minimum order.

DO YOU ALLOW CUSTOMER PICKUPS AT YOUR SAN DIMAS WAREHOUSE?

YES, ON CERTAIN ITEMS, VMA PARTY RENTALS DOES ALLOW CUSTOMER PICKUPS AT OUR SAN DIMAS WAREHOUSE.

After my event, do I have to fold up tables and chairs before you pick them up?

Accepted Answer

Yes, after your event, you'll need to fold up the tables and chairs and re-stack back where the delivery team left them.  If not, a teardown fee may apply.

Do you deliver my items the day before my event or the same day?

Accepted Answer

The VMA delivery team will deliver your rental items the day before your event, most of the time.  Certain exceptions apply of course, but most of the time, it'll be the day before your event.  The pickup will occur most frequently the day after your event.  This is the typical process with our "Standard Delivery / Standard Pickup" fee.

Do you have a preferred local event venue space?

Yes, our preferred event venue space is Insta Party Spot.  You can view their locations in both San Dimas and Azusa, at www.instapartyspot.com

Is your "Daily Price" really just for 1 day, or the entire event?

Accepted Answer

No, actually, it's more of an "event" price.  Our reservation management system only allows us to enter the price as a "Daily" fee, but if we deliver your items on a Friday, and then your event takes place on Saturday, we would then pickup on Sunday.  All of this will simply be charged as a 1 Day rental charge.

What if I don't see the linen color that I want in your list?

If you don't see the color you're looking for, you can either call or email us to ask if we have it in stock, or you can also simply choose the shape and  size linen that shows a "COLOR TBD" as your choice.  Follow up afterwards and let us know what color you're actually interested in.
