Frequently asked questions
The VMA delivery team will deliver your rental items the day before your event, most of the time. Certain exceptions apply of course, but most of the time, it'll be the day before your event. The pickup will occur most frequently the day after your event. This is the typical process with our "Standard Delivery / Standard Pickup" fee.
No, actually, it's more of an "event" price. Our reservation management system only allows us to enter the price as a "Daily" fee, but if we deliver your items on a Friday, and then your event takes place on Saturday, we would then pickup on Sunday. All of this will simply be charged as a 1 Day rental charge.
