QUESTION:  WHY DON'T YOU RENT JUMPERS / BOUNCE HOUSES?
ANSWER:  UNFORTUNATELY, THIS TYPE OF RENTAL ITEM IS NOT THE FOCUS OF OUR BUSINESS.

QUESTION:  DO YOU SETUP THE RENTAL ITEMS?
ANSWER:  FOR CERTAIN ITEMS WE INCLUDE SETUP AND TEARDOWN, BUT SETUP OF TABLES, CHAIRS, LINENS, ETC. ARE AT ADDITIONAL COST.

QUESTION:  HOW DO WE RETURN USED TABLE LINENS?
ANSWER:  WE KEEP IT EASY!  SIMPLY PUT THE SOILED LINENS INTO A LARGE PLASTIC TRASH BAG AND WE WILL TAKE THEM FROM THERE!

QUESTION:  HOW ARE LINENS DELIVERED TO ME?
ANSWER:  ALL OF OUR LINENS ARE FULL LENGTH AND ARE DELIVERED FULLY PRESSED AND HUNG ON HANGERS AND PLASTIC SEAL. 

QUESTION:  ARE TIPS TO YOUR DELIVERY GUYS REQUIRED?
ANSWER:  OF COURSE NOT!  hOWEVER, IF YOU BELIEVE THEY DID A GREAT JOB FOR YOU, IT'S ALWAYS APPRECIATED! 

QUESTION:  ARE YOUR TABLES AND CHAIRS REALLY CLEAN?
ANSWER:  YES, WE TAKE PRIDE IN PROVIDING CLEAN RENTAL ITEMS. EACH USED ITEM IS CLEANED, SANITIZED, AND SEALED BEFORE USAGE.

QUESTION:  ARE YOU INSURED?
ANSWER:  YES, WE ARE FULLY LICENSED AND INSURED.  IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS, PLEASE GIVE US A CALL.

QUESTION:  do we need to wash the plates and glassware before returning?
ANSWER:  no,  you don't have to clean them, but we do require them to be free of debris, such as bones, dinner rolls, etc.  if you can scrape them, that would be great.
